Your ticket may have not been ticketed. My husband ticketed two award tickets last week. His was issued and mine was not. His immediately showed up on "my itineraries" but mine did not. After waiting a few days, we called on to inquire about the ticket and mine was "canceled" by the computer. The agent told us that they are using a new system and have had some major problems lately. On my record, it showed the reservation, the payment of taxes, the deduction of miles and then the cancellation of the ticket. Luckily she was able to re-ticket/issue the award travel on the original flights. Check your flight just to be safe.
