So am I understanding this correctly, that for a *A RTW fare (not *Lite), the booking class for business is D? The reason why I'm asking is I'm having a heck of a lot of trouble getting myself from HKG to practically in continental Europe because all the D fares are booked. Doesn't matter if I go to MUC, FRA or ZRH.
