I am trying to book from YWG to FCO. When I enter July 21 - Aug 5 it shows me Classic Business for 85,000 points on Aeroplan.com. When I click to book I get this:
"We’re sorry, but due to real-time availability, the number of seats you requested is no longer available on the flights you selected."

I just called AE and the agent told me the website is often out of date and those seats are not available.

Why is the site showing seats I cannot book???
