1. Yes for checking in, probably no for the SWU
2. See 1.
3. Yes, LX Business Lounge in ZRH and FTL Lounge in FRA
4. Yes you can check-in form 1800 (IIREC) and no you don't need to be there 3 hours before you flight - if travelling in Business 45 Min's is perfectly fine.
