I had an issue with a property, called the Diamond Customer Services number and came through to reservations. I asked for the Diamond Desk and she said there is no longer a diamond desk. The 'normal' reservation centre will deal with all reservations ("because every agent can do that really"), and the customer services centre in Glasgow can only be reached by email, which is useful if you have an urgent matter.

The only option is to the call the US number, unless you want to be left waiting online with every other Hilton guest for eventually being connected to an offshore call centre in Lithuania or thereabouts.
You can call Hilton Customer Services in the UK, based in London. I am still awaiting a response from my own recent complaint about the Paddington, so I wouldn't hold your breath.
