Connecting flights on low-cost airlines

Hello,
I know it's not "safe" thing to do, but have done many times with Ryan Air with great successm but still it takes a while to sort out the possible combination by using connecting flights, and still I haven't found a web-site who can do this properly (this http://www.gooflight.com/ is a first step towards this, but I think it can do it better...).
So, anybody knows a website that would give "real connecting" flights when using low cost airlines? I've done my personal list for italy to finland and viceversa flights, but took a while as there are so many different flights combinations.

Thank you!!
