I'd second the Taxi Taxi option. All Mercedes cabs, and great drivers. She should just get a card for whoever drops her off, and I'm sure they'll be available for a quick pick-up. There is a rule in LA that each cab company can't pick up from outside their home area, but I'd think calling the driver would get around this.
