I would call the cruise line and inform them and have them change the spelling/order of the same. Although you can still make the reservation and a pretty good chance that you will be able to get onboard the ship, what will happen is that you will encounter a longer than normal delay at check in because all the information does not match up and depending on the cruise line, you may be at the check in counter for a while until everything get sorted out.

With online check-in being very popular, you might even be able to make that change online.
