Like most other service businesses , you really need to find ones that people you trust have had good luck with. It costs nothing for anybody to look like a grade a service online anymore, any seventh grader could make a website now.
CIBT came through for me with two very last-minute visa applications. One had to be processed in Washington, DC, the other in Houston, and we were really down to the wire--no way to get them with conventional processing.
They're good, but not cheap. Processing and their fees came to more than $800.
