Great replies, both of you. Thank you for the input. We basically have the two weeks to do whatever we want, but I'd like all the input I can get. If anyone has different or even similar opinions please share!

And yes, I thought about London instead for a couple days or even Amsterdam but I really want to see Prague. Might be better to do another trip, another time for Eastern Europe.
