My IFE didn't work on my recent BRU-IAD didn't work. A flight attendant offered to find a pax that would be willing to switch, but didn't offer me a skykit.
I e-mailed CS about this about 2 weeks ago, but of course I havent heard back from them. Maybe it's time to send a letter using registered mail.
