How could this be possible?
First, the agent clearly inquired about my name upon asking for my MP number. Secondly, they have a record of my address, which was verified upon providing my credit card number. Thirdly, my e-mail address was clearly on the record, which the agent simply re-confirmed with me so she could send the confirmation e-mail.
By the way, just re-logged in to my account. Everything looks untouched.
