I spoke with our Vice President of Maintenance about this very issue recently, and he is well aware of our entertainment system's issues. Big, fleet-wide improvements are coming, beginning late this year, hopefully.
Just like we saw the new C unveiled in Q1. (Note: I'm not shooting the messenger, just the airline)
