First you will need a visa to get there and before you do get that visa, you will need to prove that you are a Muslim - usually the Imam of your mosque will vouch for you.
You won't get a visa to SA unless you are invited by someone there or you are part of your country's quota for the yearly Hajj pilgrimage. Just the bare explanation
