I finally got my letter in the mail today. I am trying to call the Nexus location at YYZ and it's been going to a Voice mail that is full. It's been this way the entire day. Any idea what I can do besides going there in person to book an interview??
If it's not too much of an inconvenience for you, drop by. You should get your appointment immediately. They're really not setup to handle all the requests they're getting through calls.
