To increase chances of another FTer getting the seats, I'd have the other FTer book a WBC award for any dates further out than the summer one's they would be shooting for and then request the dates that Mill Creek Don will be releasing.

That way, if the seats go back into the pool, the person with the waitlisted dates is automatically first in line.


This technique can also be used to get dates desired without calling back all the time.
