There is also a communications issue--it's not daily, I believe it's weekly that they exchange info on status (I think someone else who had this issue a few months ago posted that they were told the information exchange happens on Saturdays). If I'm interpreting the OP's 'past Monday' correctly, it may still take a day or two for NW to learn of the change in status.
