Well, when I flew UX DEN-ATL last October, it wasn't Shuttle America, it was Mesa. If i recall correctly, the flight was on time. F wasn't too bad; the seats are nice. But there was no liquor on board (except a few bottles of beer), and the Ex-plus snack boxes they give to F pax are just horrible: greasy, disgusting crap. There was one bathroom for the whole plane, and that was even more cramped than usual. That said, there wasn't a line when I went to use it, even though the plane was full.

The bottom line is that F isn't too bad, but it's galling not to get the nice hot meal you would have gotten had it been a mainline flight (provided it departs during mealtime hours). But, if the flights are now operated by Shuttle America, maybe liquor will be on board more consistently?
