Confusing Letter–Miles 4 broken movie equipment?

I flew ORD-FRA earlier this month and the audio for the movies didn’t work. I think the problem affected the whole economy cabin. The flight attendant announced that she would pass out forms and that we would get a $75 voucher for a future flight. That sounds like a lot to me for a missed movie, but if I get it, I can actually use it soon. The actual benefit on the form that we filled out was blank – to be filled in afterwards by the flight attendants, I think.

Last week, I received a letter with a generic apology for inconvenience, and the sentence, “We have credited your Mileage Plus account with additional miles as a token of appreciation…” Well, it has been over a week, and there is no such credit. Has anyone had experience with this? How much credited and how long did it take? Or what should I expect, if anything, miles or voucher-wise?
