Please remember that the seat assignment enhancement enabled you to have a less stressful travel experience. It may also enable you to experience the lower deck of a 744 and to be separated from your travel partner. If you have not received the benefit of these enhancements before, I am sure that WW would ask you not to knock it before you have tried it.
