To each his own, but it is not about the meal. It is a matter of principal. I think that there should be food in F, and I won't contribute ANY money (not even the $90) for stickers on a flight that fails to meet my minimum standards for F service. I also will not upgrade or pay for F on flights within the EU even if I get a banquet. This is becasue I also think that better seats are critical also.
