I'm noticing on weatherunderground.com that the average high for August is 105 F. I've got an offer for a trip to UAE/Qatar/Kuwait at the end of August. (The only times I've been around the area are in Feb/March.) Should I even consider doing this trip, or is it just too nightmarishly hot? And equally importantly, are local businesspeople even around in their offices at this time of year?
