Coming back from Amex (this really should be in a different thread) to the weekend rates and rents in germany. I used to rent at Sixt and was always satisfied (always good upgrades at the airport) but the europcar rate of CLMR 65 Euro (CPMR 77 Euro) is absolutely unbeatable so I started renting Europcar.
At first - sometimes - I got an upgrade sometimes they gave me a Nissan or Renault. But since I received my first card I was really lucky. Last time I got for CLMR a Mercedes M Class and renting CPMR I always get nothing worse than C Class or BMW 3Series. Soon there will be a new C Class and then the thing with that sh**y Medion Navigation is through.
There is a sunny weekend coming up - lets see if I can get a nice convertible for CLMR. ;-)
