Book the hotel on Hotwire and pay in advance with PayPal. Or bid via PL and pay with a credit card (anyone's). Either way the hotel does not see your info and, conversely, the name of the hotel won't appear on the records of the cc issuer or of PayPal. If the hotel asks for a card to cover incidentals, offer to leave cash or tell them you won't be charging to the room.

Or: I noticed you stay at the same place all the time. A chat with the manager might achieve great things such as the ability to keep a permanent deposit there and maybe even the ability to use a pseudonym. Let the manager think you are having an affair (maybe you are!). The manager will totally understand your predicament.
