I have a BA flight that was booked via a travel agent, and I'm curious if I can use AA miles to upgrade from coach. I called AA, they told me to call BA. BA told me to call the travel agent. The travel agent hasn't responded yet.

I'm just looking for a quick "no way / maybe / sure" so I know how much to pursue this.
