Best taste treat (sweet) on Kauai?

Don't say fresh fruit! I'm usually disappointed with the bakeries on Kauai. I find malasadas and moche really greasy. Places that others have raved about, leave me wanting more (Grinds, Kalaheo Coffee Cafe, Kauai Bakery, lilikoi chiffon pie at Hamura's or Wongs). I always enjoy the chocolate souffle and the pineapple upside down cake at Roy's and most of their other desserts and the lady at Hanapepe Cafe makes a mean sticky bun (especially warm right out of the oven). However, I found the ultimate yesterday. The coconut pie at the Lodge at Kokee State Park (Waimea Canyon). A layer of chocolate on top of the crust, coconut in the middle and toasted macadamia nuts on top. It is not a cream pie, but coconut baked in sweetened condensed milk. I understand it is the pie baker's grandma's recipe and is it delicious, served warm with a dollop of real whipped cream!
