And as so often in Korea, there might have been a lot of "palli palli" involved in the planning and building process. Incheon should have a raillink because Pudong, Hongkong and Narita also have one, who cares how it actually turns out.
Yes, that's what I figured. Even once the tracks to Seoul station have been completed, the train will remain rather useless for most business travellers. Would be nice to escape traffic, but taking the subway from Garngam to Seoul station just to connect to the AREX seems to be a losing proposition.
