I doubt the number sequence means a thing. Mine begins with 022 but as I recall it is actually my old Republic number (or was it still NC when the FF programs were established)?. I do remember 1977 when I worked for a large university in a near north suburb of Chicago that made us turn in the free flight certificates we got for flying United.
