A nice box that says Million Air, a letter from Beth Shultis, a generic (non-embossed) brass luggage tag and a Tumi Passport holder wallet.

The Tumi wallet is nice, but boy what I would have done for an impossible to ever get international upgrade certificate (even space available at check-in)!

Why NW is that so impossible to ever give out?
