The Westin Minneapolis in the old F&M Bank building opens in May 2007 and is accepting reservations. I haven't seen any rates under $199, except for the $113 government rate with ID. I am a Federal government employee and have booked two nights at $113 for July 4. Will report back after my stay. Anyone else have reservations there?
