This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of them United States (except residents of California, Utah, Florida, Tennessee, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and possessions), who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of date of entry.



ONLY ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD AND/OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.




WINNER SELECTION: Two Grand Prize winners ("Winners") will be selected from among eligible entries after 4/15/07 by Palm Bay Imports whose decisions are completely within its discretion and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize and Gourmet Pizza Chef Prize winners will be notified by certified mail by 7/1/07 and will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability, a completed IRS W-9 form and where legal, a Publicity Release form within 14 days of date of issuance. Grand Prize and Gourmet Pizza Chef Prize winner's travel companion is also required to execute and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release within this same time deadline. Failure to return all required forms within this time period or to comply with any other provision may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected.





GRAND PRIZE (two [2] will be awarded): One Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner of the Cavit Gourmet Pizza Classic recipe contest. A second Grand Prize will be selected from a random drawing among all eligible entries to win a trip to Italy . The Grand Prize consists of a five (5) day - four (4) night stay to Italy for two (2) persons including (i) round trip ("R/T") economy class air transportation (via air carrier(s) selected by Sponsors) between the major US gateway city airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's home and a New York area airport selected by Sponsors), (ii) hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) for four (4) consecutive nights. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,000 (actual value based on departure city and travel dates selected).


GOURMET PIZZA CHEF PRIZE (THREE [3] will be awarded): The GOURMET PIZZA CHEF PRIZE consists of a two (2) night trip to New York for two (2) persons including (i) round trip ("R/T") economy class air transportation (via air carrier(s) selected by Sponsors) between the major US airport closest to the winner's home and a New York area airport selected by Sponsors), (ii) hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) for two (2) consecutive nights, (iii) Compete in"The Cavit Gourmet Pizza Classic". The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Gourmet Pizza Chef Prize is $3,000 (actual value based on departure city and travel dates selected).
