There are others as well... FQTV, FQTV-PERK, etc.. all have different meaning... If you read the threads on this board - FQTV means that a Frequent Flyer Number is on the reservation. However I believe it is also a note to the security agents - FQTV means Frequent Traveller and thus low risk? I knew of a friend who was from a certain country... everytime he got his boarding pass there was a specific code on it which when the security people saw it, they would pull him out of line for additonal checks EVERY TIME...
