What does "CKIN" on your BP mean?

I checked my wife and myself in online this morning for a trip that we are taking tomorrow (MEM-DTW-DCA). We are on separate itinerarys, and when I printed out her boarding pass I noticed that "CKIN" is on one of her boarding passes below class of service and date. Anyone have any experience with this? Is this a dreaded code that will subject to her to additional airport screening?

If she notices the code, I am thinking about telling her, "when I booked your ticket, I jokingly told NWA that you had an extreme fear of flying and CKIN is just an abbreviation for 'chicken' so they'll know to keep an eye on you."
