At LHR those transfer bags you see come off first have to be misconnects. Why else do they come off first and no one ever picks them up off the carousel while 100 people stand there watching them go around for 20-30 minutes? Plus that broken and crushed cardboard box with string around it with some address in India in magic marker written on it.
