You should be using a toll-free number to access the idPhoneCard service? Does your local phone company charge you for toll-free calls?
This is true since it is not really a calling card maybe I will be okay. They seem to come up with charges out of the blue so I always prepare for the worst.
The dialing problem was with the 02 number. It would not go through unless I dropped the 0 and just used the 2. I checked on the Internet and they gave the number as just 2 but when my daughter gave me the number it was 02. She said that calling from out of the country, she has heard, you just use the 2 and in my case that was what worked.
