Agreed! I flew the A330 WBC twice recently and the system worked fine except for some hiccups during the first 10 minutes of one flight. The guy next to me on one flight, however, had no clue about the seat - he was yanking and pulling the footrest and other bits until I pointed out the electronic control panel. Later he was jamming away at the touchscreen and remote - that stuff can take a beating...
