Last spring, flying AMS-MSP, neither the film nor the audio worked in my section of the coach cabin. The purser worked on it, apologized and told us to see an agent on exiting customs in MSP for an amenity pack. Well, I got through Customs and Immigration early and didn't see any agent with amenity packs so I sent an e-mail comment to nwa.com.
One week later a 7500 mile customer relations bonus shows up in my WP account. That was almost double the base miles for the flight!
Made me happy.
