At least when I've been in DEN.

Third week in a row I've been through DEN on Ted and dual jet bridge isn't used for the rear door. Actually, in the 8 or 10 times over the past 6 months I've rode Ted to Den, I've never seen them used. Loaded flight from PHX today and it would have helped a few folks get off the plane quicker.
