As you are talking with an attorney, make sure it's an attorney who specialises in this type of claim.

No good speaking with an attorney who specialises in real estate, or an attorney who specialises in car accidents.

Only an attorney, who specialises in this type of claim, will know what your FULL compensation claim should be.
