That is strange. As I look over the charts again, I see that the Brazilian upgrade was at the higher mileage (two trips in 2003) level and the last TLV upgrade I did was wierd...50k miles but that's not in the TLV chart...it's in the chart for the 'middle east' at the lower level...TLV is 40k lower level. The previous ones were at the lower level (05 and 06). Very strange.
