Yes I do. A 2 br/2ba condo in Poipu on Kaua'i. Bought in 2005. The income stream does not cover although it would have if I'd bought in 2003 or earlier. But then again, I got a piece of heaven for less than I would have 'paid' otherwise, and I've got someplace I can visit often and that feels like home when I'm there.
