Proves once again that 'great service' and inflight amenities simply aren't enough to get bums in the seats these days.
The issue with amenities is that Harmony was missing one fairly vital one that business travelers almost demand - flexibility. With AC, you miss a first flight, no big deal. Rebook on the next (if you are paying full Y/J fare, this is an expected part of the service). Also, not being connected to some alliance hurts. YVR-YYZ doesn't have the point to point business traffic of New York and London, which supports your MaxJet/Eos, etc... all of those business only flights. Many of those airlines do have multiple flights a day.

I personally think that if they stuck with the south and Hawaii flights, they might have succeeded. But going across country once a day didn't really make any sense. You are adding fixed costs for facilities w/o generating enough revenue. I hope to see them resurrected as a top end charter company, but we'll see.
