The challange of Boston is in it's purely unprofessional and rude drivers. In Boston I have seen more drivers that avoid traffic laws such as - passing illegally, running red lights, turning without signaling, cutting you off without checking their rear view mirror.
I've found no lack of rude drivers anywhere in the world with the possible exception of Germany.

I'd say your own description of Boston shows that is untrue. The rude driving you describe is incredibly aggressive, and it requires a great deal of attentiveness to perform such manoeuvers successfully. It's terrible, but just as "aggressive" as that you might find in Europe.
