Here's a brief summary of the common codes listed on BPs:
CKIN - "Check In" - basically means there is a remark for the agent to see upon check-in. The most common item with this code is a reminder to print a receipt for the customer...you will see this with practically any change made where there is a reissue involved and a new ticket/receipt is needed.
PCTC - Passenger has contact information on file - usually only required on international flights but will normally print on the BP in any case. The contact info is stored in one's FF profile.
FQTV - Frequent Flyer # - already mentioned in this thread.
PERK - customer holds some status PLAT/GOLD/SILVER with NW/KLM/CO or Alaska Airlines.
CORP - ticket booked under a corporate booking/rate or identifier. Usually involves a discounted fare or some form of tracking code on the fare to identify certain corporate account bookings.
WCHR/WCHS/WCHC/WCMP/WCBD/WCBW - all codes for wheelchairs or various types and assistance required.
MAAS - Meet and Assist -
UMNR - Unaccompanied Minor
VGML/VLML/LCML/FPML as well as others - for various meal preferences.
Those are the ones that come to mind right away....some are on almost every BP it seems and others only on those with special needs.

Thanks everyone and to Vegas Agent for clearing everything up!
Now it makes sense...I guess.
