What do these codes mean on your NW Boarding Pass? (Under the Service Code section.)

When I went to Boston last weekend, my BP had FQTV PERK on it while my companion, a base member, had FQTV PCTC, on his.

On our return, I still had FQTV PERK on mine. My companion also had FQTV PCTC on his but had the words "Premium" under his name. I just had CO Silver Elite, under my name. (I upgraded us both to FC on the return leg using miles. We flew coach on the outbound.)
