UA and I go far back. I was an elite for several years, but I had enough consistently bad experiences to swear them off. Once or twice a year I try the friendly skies and they have yet to win my business back. I have a strong preference for pretty much anyone else. After AS joined the CO mileage program, I started flying AS and find myself consistently impressed, hence my potential change of allegiance.
