In the September or October monthly newsletter that M&M sends out, a promotion with SAA was announced the welcome SAA in to the Star Alliance. If you flew round trip on SAA there would be an award mile bonus. You had to click on a link to register which I did and got this mail:

Subject: Welcome SAA to Star

I did fly SAA, MUM - JBG - MUM within the stipulated time but I (or the rest of my family who also registered) never go the bonus miles. I tried calling the M&M Help Center in India but they have no clue about this.

By any chance would any of you have th back issues, so I can make sure I'm not going crazy and try nd fight for these miles -- 20,000 for four of us by my calculations.
