Guys,

I have been a long time lurker and decided to finally start posting. Like many lurkers my motivation was to ask a question. I am currently an AA EXP based out of DFW. I am trying to book an interesting trip and I would like to maximize earning miles on AA if possible.

Basically I am looking to go from DFW-BCN (although kind of thinking about going to IBZ instead). Then I would like to AMS, then onto DXB. From there I would like to go to BOM and then KHI before returning home to DFW.
Is it possible to do this kind of trip using around-the-world type ticket? I don’t mind adding a stopover or two some interesting places or buying some separate tickets if I can maximize getting AA miles and seeing some cool places.
