For what it's worth, I've never experienced a discrepancy between seatcounter.com and the CSR. I usually have seatcounter open while talking to the CSR and have found 100% correlation.
That's definitely good to hear. It still leaves us wondering, though, as to whether there's an additional "hidden" bucket that CSRs can pull from. I definitely know that united.com did not show any XF inventory on a particular flight, but when I called in five minutes later, the CSR found the seats without a problem...which is odd, because one would think united.com is pulling from the same XF bucket...!
