"UA UA" works for UAL awards---even though I don't find any R (XF) or O (XC) on any UA flights for the several months that I checked---LAX to BKK, towards the end of the year.

Seat Counter does not display ANY award seats for me on TG (entering TG once or TG twice).

Several above posters report accuracy using Seat Counter and a CSR as a comparison. However, I don't have anyway to compare this as I'm not intrerested in an award "XY" (N), and as I stated, there aren't any Bus or F/C available anyway on UAL that I can find, through NRT.
As I mentioned, ANA shows me available business seats (usually only 2 each day) LAX-BKK non stop.

I guess my question has been answered, and I thank you again---I probably should be calling 1K international res to actually see if these award business seats (showing up on ANA) really are available.

I am doing something wrong, it appears, because I don't have much success with Seat Counter to Asia.
